* This might seem a bit spammy if you follow me elsewhere but I didn’t really know about this till an hour ago, it sketched me the eff out, and it goes into effect TOMORROW. 

According a Washington Post article, “Boni acknowledged in a radio interview Monday morning that the government had failed to hold enough consultations with the public on the matter.”
